JUNK FOOD

 So what did you have for breakfast today? Was it egg, bread and milk or was it a parantha? Was it just milk, grains and fruits? Or just milk or fruit? I do not know your answer, but one thing I know is that every one of us has eaten something to fill our stomach and we need some food before going out for work or school. And it's a matter of choice that you fill your belly with.

I am sure that we will not always start our day by ordering pizza, burgers, biryani etc. Am i right I think ha And these restaurants do not even start serving these dishes in the morning. Every restaurant has a morning menu if they start early and contain most of the items that we like to eat early in the morning, such as eggs and bread, hash brown potatoes. Grains and milk, poha, or light food such as idli and fruit salad, yogurt, they also give the option of parantha, but never pizza or burgers. Have you thought why?

A pizza is nothing but a large part of white refined dough, in which all the dead are good and are overloaded with butter and paneer and there are very few vegetables on it. When you eat a piece of junk, you eat one another and another. No one is stopping you, it is delicious and inviting !! When you serve pizza on the table, then the homemade chapati that you want with yogurt bowls, or a choice of fruit or some fruit juice, or coffee? The only thing that you need to drown with - COKE but tell me one thing, do you think why coke? This is because all the other things that you are eating junk

All fried food is filled with junk. When you are eating Manchurian or Noodles you are eating fried food in which most vitamins lose vegetables and noodles are made from superfin refined flour which contains only carbohydrate and very little or too little of food The value is. My point is that if you feel that starting your day with garbage is not the right thing, how can you eat it at any other time of the day? And heavy food at night is a big no. You eat and you sleep after a few hours, most of us do not get any physical exercise because we do not go out for a walk during the night.

You can not start a whole new day with this kind of diet because these foods make you dull and fat. If you are not fit enough for your best performance, how do you expect a big success? Anyway, why drive your digestive system at such a point, where it is difficult to maintain digestion and juice throughout the day, even in the night when we are sleeping!

Eating healthy food is a difficult task these days. Someone can say, "Look, I am drinking milk, it is healthy, it is not so" during drinking, you can drink sugar mixed with taste, shielded milk. Milk, sure it is, but maybe you do not want to put it in your system to make it healthy. Similarly, packaged foods are ready to eat, hence the preservative, excessive salt and flavor, saturated and hydrogenated fats are called to say oatmeal or multigrain bread and biscuits. Why not choose fresh food? There may be a person who is cooking fresh food in front of you in a small dhaba, using clean methods and utensils can be a better option. And if you have any compulsion to eat, then you can fix it by choosing a healthy meal, and still can eat out and enjoy your meal without worrying about getting sick or getting fat.

Another very important thing is that you have to control the amount of food you eat at one time. If you intend to eat two, eat half a half. Whenever you eat a little less than whatever you eat, you are actually teaching your system to avoid overstuffing your stomach with food. It is a great thing. The next time you go to Mac Donald or Pizza Hut, and order, you order a little less, or order the salad as a side dish. Eat it first, then the carving of your junk will automatically go down. This is a vicious cycle that only you can take out. You can break the pattern and free yourself from this compulsive habit of eating junk, you can buy yourself a bag of chips because you are late. Keep something healthy in your bag or car beforehand so that you do not have any reason to buy the trash.

In the end, I would just like to say that one ounce of prevention is worth the cure. But you need to be consistent in your attitude. To change your old habits requires lots of willpower, even if you have a simple decision not to eat junk or early rising or going to bed on time. Remember, a swallow does not make a slimmer. Keep your efforts consistent and then see this difference in your life.
